How to get your money back
Try ORYS for up to 90 days.
If it doesn't work for you, email help@tryorys.com within 100 days of your delivery date, and include your order number.
We'll refund every penny you paid, including shipping.
You don't have to return the tub, whether it's opened or unopened.
We send your refund within 2 business days of your email, to the card or payment method you used.
Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong
Email help@tryorys.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo.
We'll send you a replacement at no cost.
